Travel for Introverts
I was just fascinated when I came across this article about a new type of travel launched by the Swedish
I came across this amazing tour/cruise combo with Emerald Cruises and Tours. I have been lucky enough to sail on Emerald ocean yachts and trust me – I felt like a mega millionaire!! 😊
These yachts accommodate only a max of 128 guests. Believe me – when you are docked in the harbour people will think you must a big tech millionaire – the yachts are so beautiful.
While on board you are treated like royalty – fine dining, beautiful wines and beverages and white glove service all the way.
But – stuffy? – it is not. No formal wear required.
In tropical locations when docked you can enjoy the incredible marina platform at the back of the ship with all the water toys!
The yacht in itself is amazing but when I came across this itinerary that combined an African safari with a yacht cruise of the Seychelles I could not believe it.
Start off in Nairobi where you get to enjoy this famous city then out into the country to stay at a couple of different game lodges (one of them tented – but luxurious) with daily game drive and all your meals.
If Africa has been on your bucket list – this is the way to do it. Daily game drives in landrovers give you amazing wildlife sightings. The Masai Mara is incredible to visit and you will be entertained by the Masai warriors and learn about their incredible traditions.
After a week of this fun – off in a plane to the beautiful Seychelles Islands. Here you will board the Emerald Kaia for a week of exploring these magnificent islands. I have visited the islands myself when I lived in South Africa and they are truly beauitufl.
This trip is exotic, romantic, stunning – and – I have a special offer for you –
