VANCOUVER WHISTLER ADVENTURE
Day 1: Arrive Vancouver
Experience Vancouver, a vibrant metropolitan city nestled between the mountains, the vast Pacific Ocean, rainforests and scenic parks. Vancouver is a walkable city, and locals take pride in welcoming visitors with clean, safe and vibrant streets.

Day 2: Full day Vancouver Sightseeing
Included today is a Hop-on-Hop-off Pass, which is a fun and flexible way to see the best of Vancouver! Take a bus, stop at a location, browse around for as long as you want and then hop back onto the next coming bus to move onto the next attraction! You will experience downtown Vancouver at leisure as the bus circles through a series of cultural districts, seaside points of interest, and Stanley Park. Clear top buses for stunning views, rain or shine, and full commentary in several languages. During your stop at Canada Place, we recommend the FlyOver Canada experience nearby. The show utilizes state-of-the-art technology to give you the feeling of flight. You will hang suspended, feet dangling, before a 20-metre spherical screen while the film takes you away on an exhilarating 8-minute journey across Canada, from east to west. Special effects, including wind, mist and scents, combine with the ride's motion to create an unforgettable experience. During the other stops, we suggest exploring Stanley Park and see the Lion's Gate Bridge spanning the entrance to Vancouver's port. The longest suspension bridge in the world when it was completed it offers unparalleled views of the harbour and English Bay beyond. Travel to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and walk among the towering trees of this temperate rain forest and learn the ways of the local Indigenous people. Walk across the world's longest foot suspension bridge to the other side of the river where you can climb to the tree canopy and stroll through the "Treetops Adventure" walkway high above the canyon floor and the river below.

Day 3: Vancouver to Whistler
Pick up your rental car and drive north to Whistler enjoying the breathtaking scenery as you travel along the famous Sea to Sky Highway. Whistler and Vancouver were hosts of the 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games. You will drive alongside scenic Howe Sound and the Cheakamus Canyon and past the snow-capped peaks of the Tantalus Mountains, before arriving in Whistler Village.Just two hours north of Vancouver, Whistler offers natural beauty and a unique mountain lifestyle like nowhere else. Visit any season of the year and you'll be welcomed like family, swept up by the unique energy in the village and have opportunities to go on adventures that inspire and challenge you "“ or simply relax and soak up the stunning scenery. However you decide to spend your time in Whistler, when you find yourself in the mountains, breathing in the wild air, you will realize there is as much to be discovered inside of you, as outside.

Day 4: Whistler Winter Exploration
The pedestrian-only Whistler Village offers fine dining, vibrant nightlife and outdoor adventure. This afternoon strap on your snowshoes for an introductory snowshoe trip through the snow-covered forests of British Columbia. We also recommend that you experience the world record-breaking PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola for a journey to the top of Whistler Mountain and then between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.

Day 5: Whistler Winter Exploration
This morning experience something different with our snowmobile ride tour for families and first-timers as we follow mountain trails and enjoy a mix of easy riding and spectacular winter scenery. We will introduce you to the sport of snowmobiling in a safe and exciting environment as you journey through the pristine Callaghan Valley to the historic NorthAir Goldmine site for a fabulous introduction to the backcountry. Follow wide, winding trails at a comfortable pace for beginners. Experience the perfect mix of easy riding and spectacular scenery. Afternoon, there is an optional dog sledding tour with a powerful dog team lead you deep into old-growth forests. Stop for a warm-up at a trapper's cabin on Totem Pole Lake and learn about the history of Canadian fur trappers. Join your musher in harnessing and staging the dogs, learn the commands and feel the thrill of driving your own team. The evening is free to explore Whistler, a mountain village with a very alpine feel.

Day 6: Return to Vancouver
Drive back in Vancouver, return your rental car before continuing with your onward travels.OPTION: Extend your stay in Vancouver city or Whistler and experience the diverse attractions of some of North America's top ski and winter attractions.
